Stinging Nettle LeafTraditionally used to treat anemia, modern research has found that Stinging Nettle is very high in iron. Stinging Nettle also contains Vitamins A (in higher amounts than carrots), B1, B2, B3, B5, K1, E, and C, essential nutrients that can help the body absorb the iron and other minerals found in the plant. Stinging Nettle is also an excellent source of calcium, folic acid, potassium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, selenium, zinc, and many other essential trace elements. |
Dandelion RootAnother nutrient dense herb, Dandelion is filled with vitamins A, C, D, B complex, and minerals including potassium, zinc, and of course Iron. Dandelion root may also help to ease constipation associated with iron deficiency and commercial iron supplements. |

Dosage Information
Suggested Use: Take 1-3 times daily.
- 3-11 yrs: 1/8 tsp
- 12+ yrs: 1/4 tsp.
Caution: Not suggested if you have ulcers.
If using Herbal Iron and Herbal Calcium, take Herbal Iron in the AM and Herbal Calcium in the PM, as they compete for absorption.
